The challenge
TSG Solutions needed a solution to help them manage their activity and equipment both in the field and in the office and to replace the old system used, which was no longer suitable for today’s business needs.

We created an application that takes over the service requests from the clients on several channels, centralizes them, and after it deals with the part of interventions at the clients’ locations, with the resources of the company or of the subcontractors.
